SPE is a 2nd generation family run business that was founded in 1978 by Dominic Murphy senior. Starting with 3 manual machines in a 500 sq. ft unit with one customer and 2 employees, the company has grown into a major player on a global scale for heavily regulated industries. Boasting a modern 40’000 sq. ft purpose-built unit with future plans for expansion and the most cutting-edge machinery powered by the latest CAM technology. We have individual and collective training programs to promote continuous development in our ambitious team.
Community support
Supporting SPE means supporting the local community. We are proud to hold the longest sponsorship of a local GAA club in the country. Sixmilebridge GAA is one of the most successful clubs in Clare and a focal point for many community services.
We also support local Schools, Rugby and Soccer clubs.
